Start with video 1. Broadening Awareness, and make your way through to video 5. After this progression, you will have a feel for each practice. You will know which one you feel drawn to practice. You can now practice the videos in whichever order feels right.

 

I recommend listening with headphones for a more intimate, quieting feel.
